Year 6 Leaver's Year Book: Photo consent
Every year, the PTA prepares a Year Book for Year 6 pupils to mark the end of their time at Monkspath School.
Photographs included in the book come from several sources: photographs taken by staff members over the years when your child has been participating in special activities, official school photographs and some photos that will be taken of friendship groups during this academic year.
The Year Book has proven to be highly valued by children and families alike in previous years, but inevitably there is a cost associated with producing this. The Year Book has provided a lovely permanent memento of the children’s time here. The cost will be £24.00 and payment can be made via https://www.pta-events.co.uk/monkspathschoolpta

We will need your consent for your child’s photographs to be included in the Year Book. Please follow the attached link to access the consent form for your child’s photographs to be included and also to confirm if you are happy to purchase a Year Book so we have an idea of numbers to order.
