Requesting Leave of Absence
We strongly encourage regular attendance as it is vital to your child’s learning and social development. If you do need to request leave during term time, please complete our form below:
Walking Home from School – Year 5
As children develop independence, we understand that some parents may wish their child in Year 5 or 6 to walk home unaccompanied. Please see our full policy on the Policy page of this website.

Children without written consent will not be allowed to leave the premises alone.
Consent Forms and GDPR
As part of your child joining our school, we ask parents to complete a number of consent forms related to trips, media permissions, and data protection.
Your child’s data is handled in line with the school’s Privacy Notice and the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Uniform and Clubs
Our school uniform helps children feel part of our learning community. Full details about our uniform expectations, including suppliers and our pre-loved uniform options, can be found on our website.
We are proud to offer a wide range of extra-curricular clubs, including sports, creative and academic activities. Some are run by staff, and others by external providers. Please see the relevant pages on this website for further information.
Drop Off and Collection

Administering Medicines
If your child requires medicine to be administered during the school day (e.g. antibiotics or asthma inhalers), we will need your consent and instructions. Forms are available from the School Office.
