At Monkspath School, we are proud to offer high-quality, school-led childcare through our school led Monkeys Childcare—our inclusive and nurturing provision for children aged 2 to 11.
Monkeys Childcare brings together our Early Years provision, Breakfast and Teatime Clubs, and Holiday Club under one trusted name. With a dedicated and experienced team, we provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can thrive all year round.

Our Services
Little Chimps (Ages 2–3)
Our dedicated Early Years room for 2–3 year olds is open 51 weeks a year, from 7.45am to 6.00pm. Children benefit from a warm, familiar environment with staff who understand their developmental needs. Further details can be found here. 
Breakfast & Teatime Clubs (Ages 3–11)
Available during term time for children in Nursery through to Year 6: 
- Breakfast Club: 7.45am – start of the school day
- Teatime Club: End of the school day – 6.00pm
These sessions provide a calm, friendly start and end to the school day, with opportunities for play, creativity, and socialising. Further details can be found here.
Holiday Club (Ages 3–11)
Open to children from the September after their 3rd birthday up to Year 6:
- Opening Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm
- Open: All half-term breaks, Easter holidays, and the first 4 weeks of the summer holidays
- Closed: Bank Holidays, Christmas break, and the final 2 weeks of summer

Nursery Wraparound & 30-Hour Provision
For our younger 3-year-olds and those accessing 30-hour funded places, we offer extended wraparound care that integrates seamlessly with our school nursery. This ensures continuity of care and experience and a smooth transition into school life with children moving from our Little Chimps Room to our Marmosets Room based on their age.
