We aspire great things for our children
We aspire great things for our children and promote excellence, not only in core subjects but also through a wide range of rich experiences which enhance learning in the National Curriculum and beyond.  We make learning fun, stimulating, challenging and hugely rewarding.

Proud of our children’s achievements
We are so very proud of our children’s achievements and their attitude to learning.  They are bright and enthusiastic and enjoy the great variety of opportunities that school life offers.

A strong and dedicated team
As a staff we are a strong and dedicated team who work closely together to meet the individual needs of each and every one of our children.

A caring and diverse community
Our school is a caring and diverse community where we foster inner confidence and a strong sense of self worth.  Frequent praise from our families and receiving secondary schools tells us how well equipped our children are, both academically and socially, to make the very best of the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.  We are extremely impressed by our children as they go through school and move on in life, and we follow their progress with great interest.

Monkeys at Monkspath Junior and Infant School

As a school we believe it is vitally important to provide high quality extended school services for our families.  Parents/Carers can access the best of childcare, holiday clubs and breakfast and teatime clubs for their children of 3-11 years of age throughout the year.  Monkeys is a “one-stop shop” of childcare and entertainment which provides peace of mind for families and fun and care for children. We aim to provide a safe, caring environment for the children in which they can grow and develop confidently and happily.
